There are several ways to request a Nurse Honor Guard service. *We request a couple of days' notice, if possible, so we can secure volunteers.

Facility Director, Social Worker, Hospice Nurse, Funeral Director or Clergy
Tell your Facility Director, Social Worker, or Hospice Nurse that you want a Living Tribute for a nurse nearing the end of life.
Tell your Funeral Director or Clergy in charge that you want a Nurse Honor Guard Nightingale Tribute when making arrangements.

*Someone will contact you for more detailed information if only the required questions are answered.
